Damaged product will be directed to shipper. IE: USPS, Fed EX ,or UPS policies for damage in transit. No refunds will be given by North Star only a replacement will be honored from the damaged from the shipper. SHIPPING: Shipping will be USPS for most orders. Larger qty orders may be shipped by Fed Ex or UPS.
